The McCleary Hotel offers a variety of thoughtfully restored rooms and shared spaces, blending historic character with modern comfort.
Situated across three floors, our accommodations and communal areas are designed for quiet, adult-focused stays while honoring the building's 1912 heritage. With flexible layouts, accessible options, and cozy gathering spaces, guests can experience the Pacific Northwest’s charm while enjoying a peaceful retreat.
First Floor: Gathering, Relaxation, and Amenities
Cedar Gathering Hall
The centerpiece of the hotel, this historic hall accommodates 30–40 guests for seated events or 50 standing. It serves as the hotel’s general dining hall and a venue for small events, weddings, and retreats (and the future site of Rosie’s Place).
Fireside Hall
A cozy lounge with seating for up to 8 guests in front of the fire. Perfect for relaxing, reading, or intimate conversations.
Provisions Store
A convenient shop offering snacks, drinks, McCleary Hotel merchandise, and handmade goods from local crafters.
Cascara Studio
A versatile space for yoga classes, private preparations for events, or hosting a small class if the Cedar Gathering Hall is in use.
ADA Unit (Private Bath & Kitchen)
Fully accessible accommodations with a private bath and kitchen (currently under renovation to meet the highest comfort standards).

- Two common half baths are available on the first floor.
- Space for an upcoming restaurant, Rosie’s Place, located in the Cedar Gathering Hall.
Second Floor: Guest Rooms and Fitness
Rooms 6–20
- Room 6: Cascara Micro-gym exercise room (coming soon)
- Rooms 8–12: Comfortable guest rooms with a mix of queen, king, and full beds. Rooms 8 & 9 and 10–12 can be connected to form suites for families or groups.
- Rooms 13, 14, 16: A flexible suite with its own bathroom, can also be split into two units sharing a bathroom [Rooms 13 & 14 (kitchenette/dining room), and Room 16].
- Rooms 17–20: Single occupancy rooms with twin, full, or queen beds; Room 20 includes a private bath.

Third Floor: Guest Rooms and Suites
Rooms 21–30
- Rooms 21 & 22; 27 & 28: Can be connected as suites.
- Rooms 23–25, 30: Individual rooms with queen, king, or full beds.
Additional Features
- Two shared, private full bathrooms on the third floor.
- Quiet and elevated, the third floor provides a peaceful retreat with views of the hotel gardens and surrounding greenery.
- Library Landing: Enjoy reading a book or playing a game in the 3rd Floor Library Landing. It’s like a quiet living room as a bonus to your room.

- Rooms 8 & 9, 10–12, 13/14/16, 21 & 22, and 27 & 28 offer suite options ideal for families, groups, or longer stays.
